Complaints procedure
Should parents have any complaint about an aspect of school life they are asked to contact their child’s Form Tutor in the first instance. Heads of Year and Deputy Headteachers are available to assist as necessary. Should the outcome remain unsatisfactory, parents are asked to contact the Headteacher.

Complaints relating to the content of the curriculum and matters relating to Religious Education and collective acts of worship should be made to the Headteacher in the first instance.

If a complaint cannot be resolved at this level it may be referred to the Governing Body by contacting the Headteachers PA, Jane Mason.
